- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a 10% military discount as well as a 10% senior citizen's discount. Only one discount can be utilized per customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. We first perform a free in-home evaluation to determine if and how our services could be of benefit. We let you know all of the details of the work that needs to be done and present you with an estimate for us to perform the work. You let us know when you are ready to get the work done and we typically will schedule the work within 1-2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We find the more information our customers have on exactly what our services entail, the better. We provide a packet of information during every in-home evaluation. Any number of informative materials can be additionally provided upon request.
