- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages for our bar and photo booth services that include discounts when you book both services. We offer additional add-on services. Customized packages can also be developed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Ask you to fill out a short inquiry form about your event. 2. Provide you with a free quote. 3. Set-up a phone call to talk about your event and how we can help make it special. 4. Send out a contract for your review and signature. Collect a deposit to secure your date. 5. Pick a day to meet to discuss your drink menu, custom photo booth backdrop, etc. 6. Follow-up meeting/phone call 1 month out (when RSVP's come in) 7. Check-in 2 weeks out, 1 week out (if needed depending on service) 8. Provide Service (final payment due)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Marketing and and an Masters in Business and Organizational Leadership. I've worked in hospitality, event planning, and customer service for many years. I have always wanted to have my own business especially one that allowed me to socialize with people and ensure that they have the best time. I've had the pleasure of bartending in some capacity for over 20 years of my life and no plans to stop now. I always dreamed of owning a bar on a beach some where and while that's not in cards right now; my little bar on wheels is the next best thing!
