Ben was professional yet friendly, ready and very willing to assist where needed, and punctual. My only surprise was that the Springer van did not have a nicer and more comfortable seats/ambience, and was not easier yo enter. It was difficult to get into and out of the van itself and get to the back seats. It would have been an immense help to have known of this difficulty and more sparce furnishings before hiring.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the service due to a medical emergency. However, Benson, our driver, was punctual, professional and understanding. I hate that we paid for the sprinter and was unable to use it. I’m going to reach out to see if they would allow for some sort of credit toward future use. Overall, good experience working with Ben’s Transportation.
