Introduction
My name is Joseph Woods. The last 15 years, I have been a Life and wellness coach. With a focus on Mental Wellness. As a Coach, I have dedicated my life to, mentoring, motivating, and helping my clients, community, family and friends, remember that we are growing and changing everyday throughout the year. It’s okay if we fall back into old familiar habits in spite of our New Year’s resolutions or intentions. One of the mottos I use as encouragement is, “Let’s all give ourselves grace. Each day brings us new opportunities to take that next step towards achieving our goals. We all have the power within ourselves to change and grow, as well as leave behind the stuff we don’t want to take with us into the future.”

My husband and I were both concerned about finding someone who listened to us, and didn’t make us feel pressured. Joseph was very personable, and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He allowed us the perfect balance of going deep into our issues, and then bringing us back to our “love story”. Leaving our first appointment together, we both felt very happy and excited to use the tools he gave us. We will definitely be back! I recommend him to anyone, whether you are struggling to be married, or looking to strengthen your marriage.

Joseph is a super down to earth person that has great intellectual skills and it is able to identify peoples issues and give you great advice. Joseph does something other coaches don’t do after your time is up with him he will still reach out and check on you cause it’s more than the money to this man he cares about peoples growth and we’ll being.
