Our home is spotless! We have 4 cats and both work from home. We keep a pretty tidy house, but dusting and cleaning cracks and corners can fall by the wayside. Heavenly Cleaners came in and 3 hours later, voila! Pricing is fair and with 2 people cleaning, our 4- floor split level house was done in no time. Thank you guys!

This was horrible. They left dirty cat litter and trash on my back porch instead of putting it in the trash can. There is dirty cat litter and cat Poo all over and under my porch. Flys everywhere and the smell is horrible. I asked for a refund and/or for them to power wash my porch and they refused and got mad at me on the phone. My experience was very bad and the man was rude to me on the phone. He basically accused me of lying and then hung up the phone on me.

We apologize for any inconvenience. But you know that you just wanted a FREE CLEANING. Your apartment was a complete disaster, with trash of all kinds everywhere in the apartment. You had the girls ORGANIZING YOUR HOUSE FOR FREE(BECAUSE ORGANIZING IS NOT SOMETHING WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO) BUT WE DID ANYWAY BECAUSE WE LOVE TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS. And you think you paid too much for hours of hard working in your house. You called asking for refund but since the job was a directly booking it takes 3 business days to pay, and we have discounts for the lead. I hope you can sleep in peace of mind Giving a 1 star review just because ANIMALS split your trash which was left on the porch. We have definitely NO OBLIGATION TO CARY TRASH OUTSIDE. WE can put in the trash can IF YOU HAVE ONE OUTSIDE WHICH WAS NOT YOUR CASE, THERE WERE ONLY THE NEIGHBOR'S TRASH CAN AND WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THOSE. LIKE YOU SAID ON THE PHONE, THE CLEANING WAS GREAT, BUT SINCE THE BEGINNING YOU WERE PLANNING TO HAVE A FREE CLEANING FOR WHAT WE SEE. AND LEAVING A 1 STAR REVIEW JUST FOR THAT DOESN'T SOUND VERY HONEST FROM YOU! LEARN TO BE MORE HUMAN AND UNDERSTANDING WITH OUR HARD WORKERS. WE OFFERED TO CLEAN WHAT THE ANIMALS DID BUT YOU JUST ASKED FOR MONEY BACK. AND YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LITTLE INCIDENT THAT THE CATS CAUSED DOESN'T MAKE SENSE SINCE YOUR HOUSE WAS FAR TO BE A REGULAR CLEAN HOUSE. I HOPE YOU NEVER GET ANY CLEANER BACK. GOD MERCY ON ALL THE PROFESSIONALS THAT YOU CONTACT IN THE FUTURE.
