We were first skeptical about the whole process and how the inspection process would go from totally an independent contractor (Michael Brady) from Heritage Home Inspections, it was a magnificent experience working with Michael, He’s very knowledgeable and detailed oriented for the work he does. I would say he’s simply the best. His inspection report was so detailed and user friendly to go through all the findings. I would strongly recommend Michael for anyone who is looking for home inspections. Great Work!

Michael was great to work with! He was quick to respond to our thumbtack request. We sent a request out at 10:30pm and had an answer and a booking with in a few minutes. He payed attention to details and went over the paperwork with us and then sent over a very easy to access website that you can click on and see the details, etc. If you are in need of a homes inspector I highly recommend Heritage home inspections!!

Michael inspected our home back in January and we were very impressed with not only his attention to detail but also his knowledge about home maintenance. As first time home owners we didn’t know what to expect or look for but he took his time explaining things and gave us tips for our new home. Even our realtor was impressed.
