Was very late, didn't bother to call and tell us what was going on, he finally showed up an hour after my husband texted him to see if he was still coming. He did fix the wires however he said he'd come back with a additional piece that would make the doorbell easier to attach to the thick wire but he never came back. It's fine we were able to get it ourselves I just think you shouldn't offer to do something and then not do it.
