- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Good relationships start with honesty and trust. That is why my pricing is upfront, with no hidden fees. I even publish it openly on my website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend time talking to them on the phone to get a feel for the kind of ceremony they want. I offer suggestions based on my experience and what has worked well in the past. Leading up to the wedding I often receive phone calls and I'm happy to answer questions from nervous brides and grooms.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend asked me to be an officiant at their wedding. I had such a great time doing that I wanted to perform more ceremonies.
