- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat Rate for mostly everything. Except, complex troubleshooting calls. I'll bid it a price and we stick to that price no matter how long it takes us. No suprises from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education every night on internet. Follow and read IEC, lighting, and latest news industry. Stay up to date with latest tips/tricks of the trade with other fellow electricians on a blog site (this is one of best things for knowledge). Have an extensive line of electrical books (100's) that I am always reading and learning from. Learning in this field never ends and if some electrician tells you they know it all....you better run fast!

Just took after my father.
