FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate on a "We don't close, You don't pay" model, and I don't add junk fee's like I've seen some use. I don't make my clients pay for my attendance and I don't charge for retainers. I don't give a showing quota either. I've also worked where necessary for VA clients to ensure my brothers and sisters arms have a place to call home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An informal sit down to discuss their goals and plans, to get to know them and their needs, and then cooperate with them to form a plan to help achieve those goals. No sales jargon, no lengthy presentations, no pushy follow up, just people talking to people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm fully licensed as a realtor and have worked at 2 brokerages. I've seen multiple management styles and work closely with lenders, home Inspectors, lawyers and contractors which gives me a wide breadth of knowledge. Certificates don't make a good realtor, so I get the ones I need, but I make sure to stay focused on market research, customer service, and field knowledge. I never want to lean on credentials for a hiring, I'd prefer to let my work speak for itself.
