- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior design plan $125 for the initial consult and detailed plan. The initial consult will take approximately 2 hours. Pricing for staging or installation of design plan is $50/hour. If you choose to utilize our services for at least one room completion of the staging plan, the cost of the plan will be applied toward the staging/installation services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation I will gather all the necessary measurements and information in order to create a plan, unique to your property. Pricing for your plan is based upon the property’s square footage. Staging doesn’t have to be expensive or exhausting. Full staging includes design and completion of work. Our services could include floor plan layout, styling of shelves, furniture removal to storage, organization and de-cluttering, color plan and painting, cleaning, lighting fixtures, rental furniture and accessories. Rates will be provided after the in-home consultation is completed and based upon the scope of the job. The plan may be completed exclusively by our team, in-part by the owner or DIY by the owner. We hope to bring each of our clients exceptional on-line first impressions, compelling showings and quick sales!
