FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My interior painting pricing is based on several key factors, including size of the space, number of rooms, wall condition, paint type, and pre-work. We provide very detailed and transparent quotes to ensure accuracy and no surprises. Our main goal is to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I start out by finding out what the customers wants and needs are and how I can meet them where they want to be. Secondly if the customer prefers to either do an over the phone estimate or in person is up to them with no added pressure. Thirdly I go over everything throughly so no details are missed and so everyone is on the same page throughout the whole process. Fourthly we figure out a date and time that works best for both of us to start the job. Fifthly I often check in with my clients so they understand what part of the project we are in and how long it will take to complete. Finally, after the job is done. I always conduct a walk through with the customer and make sure the expectations and met and I make sure the space is clean when I am all finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in interior painting is supported by hands-on training and extensive experience in residential remodeling. I've worked on multiple homes renovation projects where I handled everything from surface preparation and priming to final paint finished. This experience gave me a strong understanding on how to do a job where my customers always have positive feedback. My remodeling experience has helped me develop a detailed eye for anesthetics and finish work, which translates directly into high standards I maintain with every paint project.
