- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cleaning fees are within the average for the area, which is a fabulous value for pet-safe, eco-friendly, fragrance-free cleaning products. As a major pet lover, I do not charge extra for pets in the home, though cleaning up “accidents” is extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For cleaning clients, I text, call, or send out a digital survey to check for any special requests or considerations prior to my visit. I give an estimate at that time. When I arrive, I get the lay of the land and then get to work; if I need to adjust the estimate, I do so before starting the job so that there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 200 hour yoga teacher training influences the energetic, meditative approach that I bring to cleaning and organizing. As a positive reinforcement dog trainer in college, I learned how to care for pets well and remove pet stains and honed my problem solving skills. For nearly a decade, I taught English and Spanish to middle and high school students which taught me to get organized and to help others become more organized using guiding questions, humor, and flexibility.
