- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is job specific more often than not. Just depends on what needs completed and the associated materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process begins with a site visit to complete an estimate and get to know the customer and there specific needs. After that the estimate will be emailed to the customer. Once accepted we can start the scheduling process and begin work on there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 4 year apprenticeship through ABC (Associates Builders & Contractors) I completed the Project Management Institute at Perdue University.
