- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts may seem attractive at first, but they are often just a marketing tool used to mislead customers into thinking they are saving money. When it comes to any type of contracting work, quality is more important than saving a few dollars. Professional contractors use quality materials and work to ensure the job is done right the first time. Discounts may result in inferior results, costly repairs, and unhappy customers. That's why at Riley Roof & Exteriors, we refuse to advertise discounts. Instead, we focus on providing the highest quality products and services at fair and competitive prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make the process of working with us as easy and stress-free as possible. Our process typically begins with a consultation to discuss your roofing and siding needs and expectations. We will then provide you with a free estimate and timeline for completion. Once the project is underway, we will keep in regular contact with you to make sure everything is going as planned. Finally, we will perform a thorough inspection of the completed project to ensure your satisfaction.

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. To ensure our team is up-to-date on the latest industry practices and standards, we provide continuing education and training for our employees. Our employees have certifications in areas such as lead-safe work practices, OSHA safety, and building codes. We also ensure that all of our employees are properly trained in the use of our products and services so that they can provide the best possible service to our customers.
