They can improve by being a legitimate cleaning service. They confirmed my appointment for noon at 8:24 am then sent me a estimate which made me think it needed to be paid then never responded or showed up and now I'm currently having to prove to thumbtack that I paid them $200 through the thumbtack app in order to get my money back. This companys phone is a Sarasota, FL number that isn't even in service.
