- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We here at Mountaineers Home Preservation L.L.C charge a $100.00 project fee and then $60.00 an hour upon arrival. There are no refunds or money back after transaction has been made. we will give discounts and adjust prices if its beneficial to both parties. But has to be verified by owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is everything. Getting to know someone is key to giving them the best experience possible. This allows me to really connect with them and their ideas to bring the best possible outcome for their money and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team and myself have all been trained first hand on proper etiquette and manners to carry out the best experience for our customers. we all have 3+ years of experience in the business. Any new trainees are trained for 6 months with personnel present. All of us have some type of carpentry specialty or license.
