Chad exceeded our expectations and explained the process thoroughly. He communicated in a way we understood and was patient taking time to walk us through each step of our remodel. We contacted him to change a toilet that was leaking and decided to redo our entire bathroom. He worked with us and found all of our fixtures at less than half of what we would have paid retail.
