Welcome and hello! I'll start off with a little bit of my background and knowledge of the general trades! Experienced with residential remodeling, commercial construction (i was a electrical foreman for 4 years) and any kind of handyman work! I've flipped 4 of my own houses to date and now I have my newly built mobile workshop to make contracting easier and of course the knowledge in the trades. 7+ years experience! Bathroom remodels are also one of my specialties! Sometimes a single handyman, cant solely do everything themselves, due to the weight or awkwardness of things! Sometimes it takes a team, and i have a wonderful team! My Handyman rate goes as follows $75 a hour is for 2 people ( If my main guy can't come due to personal reasons, ill provide a discount, but his help is included in any job). 1 hour of drive time, will always be added of $35. Junk removal, each dump fee is 60 dollars per truck bed, ontop of my rate if i need to throw away any trash myself from a job. I'm a dad trying to feed my little girl and see her grow, as well as my main guy trying to feed his family! Small Cash discount, but that does not mitigate my other expenses associated with the business (thumbtack lead fees cost me 100 to 500 or more a month).
