I'll start off with a little bit of my background and knowledge of the general trades!
Experienced with residential remodeling, commercial construction (i was a electrical foreman for 4 years) and any kind of handyman work! I've flipped 4 of my own houses to date and now I have my newly built mobile workshop to make contracting easier and of course the knowledge in the trades. 7+ years experience with electrical work, blueprints, plumbing, tiling... etc!
Bathroom remodels are also one of my specialties! Look at my pictures :)..
My handyman rate, HAS to cover a business owners expenses, shoot just to pull up using my truck and work trailer alone costs me close to my handyman rate and im not just living to pay gas..thanks!
ONTOP of the lead fees thumbtack charges..
Sometimes a single handyman, cant solely do everything themselves, and anybody who says they can, will surely cost you more or literally kill themselves in the process.
Sometimes it takes a team, and i have a wonderful team!
My Handyman rate goes as follows
$90 a hour is for 2 people ( If for whatever reason, my guy cant come, i will discount my rate)
$105 if my occasional third guy is needed..
1 hour of drive time, will always be added of $35
Junk removal, each dump fee is 60 dollars per truck bed dump, ontop of my rate.
I work with alot of referrals customers as well!
