All our food is hand picked and homemade. We take great pride in the time and effort we put into EVERY meal!! Our brisket, pulled pork and Gouda Mac n Cheese are among our favorites to serve! We start each order knowing OUR customers are depending on us to fulfill their vision of what their "event" will be like. We do our best to ensure communication with our host to ensure that we delivere service "above our customers expectations". Lisa from Mantua Corners is an excellent caterer! She made planning easy especially when I had minimal idea of what I wanted. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Her employees who set up the food were prompt and courteous. She also sent a bartender who did a great job! I would use Mantua Corners again without hesitation. Thank you Lisa!

I really enjoyed working with Corners Catering because the food was delicious and delivered on time. The quantity was more than enough for everyone and for everything we got, the value was great! I also enjoyed working with Lisa, she was professional, cared about the event, gave meaningful advice and paid attention to details with everything. Will definitely be using her services again!

Everything went real good. They did not leave all the food and condiments we paid for.Service was real good and food was exactly what we wanted.

I am sorry that we had mixed signals on the condiments, typically we do provide but we also wash out the ketchups, mustards, etc and re-use the containers. I have a standard catering menu but often we customize the menu to fit and needs and budget of the guest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.
