All our food is hand picked and homemade. We take great pride in the time and effort we put into EVERY meal!! Our brisket, pulled pork and Gouda Mac n Cheese are among our favorites to serve! We start each order knowing OUR customers are depending on us to fulfill their vision of what their "event" will be like. We do our best to ensure communication with our host to ensure that we delivere service "above our customers expectations". We ask questions, probe and try to find the best alternative for our hosts.

Corners Catering did an amazing job with my daughter's grad party. They helped me select a menu, including figuring out quantities, and the food got rave reviews. Even more important, they were super patient with me when I screwed things up by forgetting to tell them the time of the party had changed after finalizing arrangements. They went out of their way to help me with my mistake, and made sure the food would still be hot. All in all, working with Corners Catering was super easy and I highly recommend them. We'll be back for our next event!

I really enjoyed working with Corners Catering because the food was delicious and delivered on time. The quantity was more than enough for everyone and for everything we got, the value was great! I also enjoyed working with Lisa, she was professional, cared about the event, gave meaningful advice and paid attention to details with everything. Will definitely be using her services again!

We worked with Lisa and she was amazing! we played email tag for a little bit, but it was genuinely so worth it because there chicken Marsala is to DIE for. She travels so very far for us and we are so grateful that they accommodated us. Definitely recommend! Food is definitely 9/10! Wasn’t crazy about the green beans, but a lot of other people really enjoyed them!

She catered my daughter's wedding. We went with a pasta bar and the Alfredo and bread sticks were amazing. The largest salad i have ever seen. LOL Everything the amazing from all the guest reviews. Definitely will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I want to start off by saying there are NOT enough wonderful words to say about Lisa and her team!!! From the very beginning Lisa was responsive. She listened to our needs for our wedding, and was very helpful. We had roughly 180 guests. She made sure that it went so smooth. Literally PERFECTION! Everything was so delicious, from the appetizers during our cocktail hour to the main course at dinner, and the cupcakes so soft and moist. Also the value of QUALITY that we received for our money was just AMAZING!!! Lisa is the GOAT ( greatest of all time) of her industry.

I have a standard catering menu but often we customize the menu to fit and needs and budget of the guest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.
