- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard catering menu but often we customize the menu to fit and needs and budget of the guest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.
