This is really helping me. The trainer is awesome, has a plan that is helping, explains the exercise well, answers questions, listens, works with my schedule, etc. Highly recommend.

GYMGUYS has been a wonderful asset to my health journey. From day 1 when I met with Mark for my consultation I knew this would be exactly what I needed. Mark is very attentive and had clear and concise communication. Kevin and I began our sessions in July. Kevin has been an incredible partner during my fitness journey. From our first session, he took the time to understand my goals, strengths and even my limitations, designing workouts that are both challenging and achievable. Kevin and GYMGUYS as a whole, with their encouragement and belief in my progress has kept me motivated even on those tough days. I have gained physical strength, confidence and a much better knowledge of what I am actually capable of accomplishing. Kevin always makes our sessions feel like Im working out with a friend. I could not ask for a more supportive or knowledgeable trainer. As we come to the end of our training and my upcoming move out of state, I will take everything I have learned from Kevin and utilize it as I continue my journey to a healthier more confident me. Thanks GYMGUYS. You ROCK!

Ashley from GYMGUYZ has been a great trainer for in home workouts and stretching program which both my wife and I utilize. She encourages us, pushes us and has quickly helped us to improve our core strength and stability. The stretching session afterwards has helped reduce soreness, improve our flexibility after only a few sessions. Highly recommend both the training and stretching programs

I have been trained with GymGuyz for two months now and it has been an excellent experience. I am so impressed with a personable and kind approach all of GymGuyz staff, from owner Mark to trainers who are professional and attentive. Autumn, my trainer, is very passionate about my health goals helping me to get back into strength training after many years away from the gym. I would highly recommend this services!Update:I have been working with GYMGUYZ for 6 months now and its being a life-changing experience!! The trainers are very knowledgeable and know how to help me to stay motivated and on track. In 6 months I lost weight, improved my fitness level and emotional well being! Great service!
