Andrew helped me with installation of radon mitigation. He worked around existing sump pump setup and piping and identified a solution without complaining about older setup. He is professional, punctual and cares to do a good job. I recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all dependent on the size of the home to be inspected/tested. All our services are offered to provide you with a safer place to live or work, and we offer discounts on bundling any of our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out information about the home or building to be inspected/tested, including square footage, age, and any known problems. From there, I offer whatever options may be best suited to the homeowner or home buyer, and let them know about the full complement of services we provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully trained and certified CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) with InterNACHI, the largest and most recognized Home Inspection Organization in the world. I am also IAC2 certified (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants) for both Mold and Radon, and Licensed in the state of Ohio to perform Radon Testing.
