Linden Grove Occasions offers elopement, microwedding and big event officiant wedding services throughout Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. We are happy to officiate religious, non-religious, and interfaith ceremonies and affirm LGBTQIA+ couples. From your first meeting to your wedding, we will make sure that your ceremony experience matches your vision. Our officiant services range from $200 for elopements, $250 for microweddings and $600 for big events on Friday or Saturday evenings. We are bringing the same professional service to wedding coordination. We offer day of coordination to take all the stress of the day off you so you can be present with your new spouse and guests. We'll handle all the details.

Tracy and Sam were a delight to work with on our wedding. Being out of town and trying to plan a surprise wedding at a distance was a huge challenge. They were completely on board after our first zoom call! On the big day, they rolled with the spontaneity of the group and everything was perfect! I highly recommend them. Tracy is AMAZING! She was so helpful when it came to planning our wedding ceremony. She sent us drafts to review and revise to our liking. It was a totally customizable ceremony, which I greatly appreciated. She took the time to get to know my fiancé and I and work in elements that were important to us. Tracy and Sam were both very personable and very accommodating to us as a bride and groom. Our phone/Zoom calls were very productive and they crafted a personalized ceremony for us based on our conversations with them and our preferences. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free meet and greet for a couple to ensure that we are the right team to work with for their wedding. We require a deposit to reserve your date and a signed terms of engagement to begin working with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tracy has been officiating weddings for 14 years. Tracy has been planning and coordinating corporate events for more than 20 years. Tracy and her team bring master's level education in compassionate care and writing scripts for wedding ceremonies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a diversity of couples. We have performed weddings for non-religious, Pagan, Christian, interfaith, and other spiritual couples. We have done weddings in churches, mansions, cemeteries, gardens, barns, parks, the Bengals stadium, a private airfield and a Vegas wedding chapel.
