Quickly responded to the request with a quote. This quote was site unseen, so some risk was involved with the cost not being accurate. Combined with the typical escalating costs of construction work, this was to be expected. The original gates were starting to dial, and Jake offered to build new ones instead of repairing the metal parts. New gates are amazing. Stain work was done exceptionally well.
10/10 recommend Jake for your fence repair needs. Costs are super competitive. He is super responsive, and he works quickly!

Jake was wonderful to work with. I could only select three options and commending his work but I would also add value and punctuality as an attribute.
I needed to have significant overgrowth removed from a home I inherited and once completed it looks significantly better. Walking around the property, Jake was able to see areas that had long-term damage from the tornadoes a few years ago that I would have missed. He made suggestions but was never pushy about the work. Actual landscaping and planting is a follow-on project.
The neighbors are also very pleased with his work which may have vast improvement to the area. I do believe many requested his business card.

I would highly recommend Jake to everyone! He responded quickly to my request, and will keep in contact with you every step of the way, even sending photos of the work before I got home that day. He's detail oriented and explained the items needed to repair my gutter, so I learned a bit! He pointed out some other areas that he saw immediately, and took it upon himself to cut some overgrown, neighbor's tree branches that were touching my gutters. He's very professional and kind. I will definitely hire him in the future!
