- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know that no one wants to spend one penny more than necessary. We price all our projects with the lowest price possible and never do anything extra, unless we get the OK from the homeowner first. There is never an extra add to an invoice that the homeowner is not aware of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and transparency is our first and most important factor when starting with a new client. You will work directly with the owner to get all your questions answered and an up front price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 years of experience in the painting profession. Continuing education, lectures, and hand on training sessions. Monthly product updates.
