Nick and his team came to look at our deck that had been here years prior to moving in. We did not want to be charged an arm and leg for a new one so Nick only replaced the bad decks and power washed it. It looks brand new and we spent half the money we were quoted for a new deck. Nick was respectful and genuine. Glad to find an honest company!

Started great, scheduled appointment, communicated easily by phone/text outside the app. Then didn’t show up for appointment for which we arranged our schedule to meet, and didn’t return any text messages or phone calls after having been very responsive previously by personal number. Later determined that our project location was outside the usual territory, so wouldn’t have been able to do the job in the first place. But, they should’ve been more responsive to us once they realized they couldn’t do the job, because once that occurred they literally just ignored our messages and didn’t return any voicemails. It set us back a couple days just waiting for a response when they easily could’ve explained this in a two sentence message.
