- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Carpet Power Restretching and Repairs Carpet Power Restretching: Furniture Moving: We will move all regular furniture using sliders at no extra charge. Customer Preparation: Please remove any fragile or glass items from or inside the furniture. Additionally, clear any items from under beds and on the floor in closets. These items can often be placed on the bed to give us easier access to those areas. Carpet Repairs: To help us provide the best service, please prepare the following information: Dimensions of the Repair Area: Provide the size of the area that needs repair. Carpet Remnants: Let us know if you have any carpet remnants available or if we can use a donor piece from a closet. Carpet Type: Identify the type of carpet you have (e.g., Berber, plush, frieze, etc.). Carpet Pattern: Specify whether your carpet is a solid color, patterned, or has a sculptured design. Your cooperation will help us complete the job efficiently and effectively. Thank you!
