We have some DIY Projects that were getting unmanageable for us. They came and gave us a reasonable quote to help us do the pieces we needed help with. They let us pick which projects to begin woth and how many we'd like to do at a time so that we could stay within out budget. The work is incredible. So far, we have had them add 8 lights in one room, one in another, and install bathroom fans and lights in two bathrooms that originally didn't have them. They added switches and there were absolutely no additional repairs needed. They left the drywall in perfect condition. The company and people are amazing, a husband (contractor) and wife (invoice and booking) team that are so responsive, easy to work with, and actually gave us ideas on how they could do it just a bit differently for a lesser price when they could. I will continue to use this company and can't wait to talk to them about future projects. It's hard to find quality and caring like this nowadays. I'm happy to support a small business and I'm even more thrilled with the work. If a list of contractors comes up when you search your job, don't bother with anyone else. This company is the real deal. Reliable, trustworthy, cleans up everything like he was never even there, gives great advice so that you're happy with the outcome, will take the time to explain and answer any questions. Truly great, I can't say enough to convey it. I'm so happy I found them!

We initially hired Grace Complete Property Maintenance to upgrade our old electric panel, but before we could get that job scheduled, a worker installing leaf filters experienced an electric shock when he came in co tact with a hot spot. Ryan came and chase down the electrical problem so they could finish their installation . After fixing the wire issue, we scheduled Ryan to upgrade the electrical panel and he did an awesome job. We didn't have to go all day without electricity because he did it in sections, which was so much better than having all of your electric off at the same time for five or six hours. Ryan also is very neat. He cleaned up the areas where he worked better than he found it! He even did a few things to add a couple of conveniences for my wife. Ryan's overall professional attitude is one of staying focused on getting the job completed while giving quality service. Ryan is very pleasant to talk to and he explains everything before he starts the job. Yes, we have a couple more projects that we are in the process of scheduling at this time. Ryan's contact associate was always available if I had any questions. She also was very polite and helpful if I needed any information. This an awesome company to work with. I was hesitant to move forward with a project I wanted by didn’t need. After contacting multiple pros on Thumbtack and getting quoted insane fees to even diagnose the issue, Grace Complete PM were able to give me a quote based on information I shared. They were confident in their abilities and were able to do exactly what I needed. They actually cleaned up what was there previously (grounded electrical that wasn’t, installed new clean outlets, removed un-needed wires). Ryan was respectful and took the time to explain what he was going to do and what he did. I feel like I’ll be using them for other projects in the future and would be comfortable to recommend them to someone looking for electrical work or otherwise.

My experience was fantastic! It’s hard to look for a great company to do electrical work! They responded to my inquiry quickly. They came to my house that week, looked at everything and gave me a couple of very reasonable estimates. The work was done very well, quickly and professionally.
