FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At WeHaul Moving & Relocation, our pricing is structured to ensure you receive the highest quality service for your move. Our standard rate of $200 per hour includes two skilled laborers and comprehensive protection for your valuable items: • Packing Materials Provided: We supply Saran Wrap, bed covers, protective corners, and additional moving blankets to safeguard your larger items like dressers, entertainment stands, and other furniture. • Floor and Stair Protection: We cover floors and stairs to prevent damage during the move, ensuring that both your belongings and the property are protected. • Careful Handling: Our movers are trained to handle your items with care, avoiding common issues like damaged corners, broken couch feet, or torn cushions. This meticulous approach helps safeguard your security deposit and avoids unnecessary repair costs. Discounts and Flexible Pricing: • Cash Payments: We offer discounts for payments made in cash. • Extended Jobs: For longer jobs, rates decrease significantly after a set time period, making larger moves more economical. Flexible Service Options: • Labor-Only Moves: If your move doesn’t require packing, our labor rate is flexible. Whether you need help unloading, just need two laborers, or only require loading without transportation, we adjust our prices to meet your specific needs. • Tailored Solutions: We understand that every move is different. That’s why the initial consultation is crucial—we aim to fully understand your requirements and tailor our services accordingly. We are dedicated to providing exceptional moving services and are always willing to discuss how we can meet your specific moving needs. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for a move that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are here to serve those who expect the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to new customers begins with a personal touch. We start by reaching out to understand the specifics of their move, including the pickup and drop-off locations, and the items involved—especially those that require special care. We believe in getting to know each customer to gauge their needs and expectations. This isn’t just about logistics; it’s about connecting on a personal level to ensure we’re aligned with their mental state and their goals for the move. Our process is flexible, not just a series of forms. We treat every situation as unique because every customer is unique. Our initial conversations are a mix of formal and informal, allowing space for questions on both sides. It’s essentially a meet-and-greet that sets the foundation for a successful move, tailored to their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my brother have been doing this for quite a few years. I come from a project management background in solar, and he comes from admin and management. We both started from the ground up, with no formal education—just blood, sweat, and tears.
