FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you see is what you get! The number that is agreed upon is exactly what you are going to pay. There are absolutely no hidden fees. We offer a high-value, cost-effective solution for all of our projects. We do not use blanket pricing to "ensure we don't lose money". We know exactly what we are getting into when we quote a project. You can expect your proposal to be tailored to your projects needs, and priced accordingly for every single service. If you are shopping around for a cheap price, then we are not the company for you. All proposals are eligible for a 10% Early Bird Discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first step is to schedule a free on-site visit with CarifaTile. During that visit we will answer any questions you may have about, explain our company's process and the type of materials we use, and develop a strong idea for what your project needs are. Within 48 hours of that appointment you'll receive a formal proposal from us, along with a list of warranties, CarifaTile material information, recommended vendors (for your material), direct contact information to our company's Operations Manager & President (for any questions you may have), and an opportunity to take advantage of our 10% Early Bird Discount. After you've reviewed your proposal, we've answered all of your questions, and you are ready to move forward, we will schedule a Zoom call with you. During this call, you will review your proposal, scheduling, and payments with the company's president to ensure we are on the same page and expectations are in-line. After the call, you can expect one (or more) of our expert crews in your home 2 to 4 weeks later! But wait, there's more! You don't pay a single cent of the final invoice until a final walkthrough has been performed by our project manager and the finish product has been approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff of tile installation experts (including management) have attended the Schluter and Wedi training programs multiple times. You won't find anyone on our team that isn't certified and up to date on these two systems.
