- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All Grand Personal Chef engagements start with an in-home consultation. It’s important we learn about your tastes, preferences, and all of your dietary needs and restrictions. A cooking time and schedule that best fits your needs will be decided upon, whether it is once a week or multiple times a week. On the scheduled day of cooking Chef Welch will do all of the grocery shopping based on your choice of retailer. We strive to use the freshest ingredients available. All food preparation is done in your home and packaged in labeled reheatable containers. When Chef Welch is done with cooking your kitchen will be left spotless!
