Thumbtack approved a convicted felon who stole $450 from me. Thumbtack approves any felon who says they are a good guy. On a recent job I asked his willingness/ability to install a garbage disposal along with lights. He didn't respond. Since I am in a rush, I asked for a quick response if he was interested. He checked into Thumbtack multiple times during the day but didn't answer my emails or my phone call. Ghosting a customer is unprofessional. I hired someone else.
