I am a beginner piano student and unfortunately had to stop my lessons with Matthias sooner than I wanted to because I started college full time. He was extremely patient, kind, and a wonderful price for the time and instruction he provides. Be sure to ask him any questions--he always gives an honest answer and will tailer his program to meet your needs!

I was honored to have Matthias Hoefler as my piano teacher years ago, as I was interested in playing by ear as well as reading notes, he had a unique teaching ability to communicate what he was teaching in a variety of ways, which made it very exciting for me! I could tell he really enjoyed it and this encouraged me to be just like him. I greatly appreciated his genuine caring personality and patience when trying to help me do what at that time was challenging.
