I have been coming to Erica's Tuesday night yoga class for over a year now. I look forward to it every single week. It's a nice way to reground myself in the middle of the week. She is an excellent teacher, makes sure everyone is comfortable and modifies any poses to your ability level.
I recently got a reiki session done with her that was very healing for me. Erica has created a beautiful space for her reiki sessions. I feel very safe, comfortable, and at ease. It can be hard for me to fully relax and her grounding energy helps a lot. Such a sweet person and overall pleasure to be around. I always feel better after being around her.
