What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our gole is to use good quality material that will last years. We aren't the cheapest but our craftsmanship and materials are by far the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BP Renovations LLC will come out for a free quote and walk you through the steps we'll take and what will be happening through the whole process. We have excellent communication skills as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a highly skilled outfit with the owner starting in the field at the young age of 12. Me (the owner, bob) started as a laborer building homes before a teen. I would pack all the wood, nail off, and clean up the site after school everyday (except Sunday) and all day Saturday. I'd stay all summer long with my parents friend whom owned the buisness. After advancing from laborer after a couple months (which seemed like forever) I started building and progressed to do it all after 7 years. I continued to work in this field as I am today (being 49). there isn't anything we can't do and will do a fabulous job doing so.
