If you're looking for the Jimmy Johns of pest control look no further. I literally got a quote at 2 am, didn't think I would get a fast response until sunrise. Company is fast reliable, very professional, the best prices compared to other pest control companies and they took care of the problem fast. Equipment was clean not loud and neighbors have no clue. They give you pre check list to go by. To help you and them out.

Came on time. Although I was hesitant they helped me get through this nightmare. Matt was excellent in every way. Helped me move things and finish getting house ready. The owner answered all my questions and response was immediately. Just got this done Saturday so if it works 5 stars to them!

So far, so good. It's only been 4 days, but it seems to be all clear! The employee that came out was extremely nice and helpful! He communicated with me throughout the day and answered all my questions. Very nice guy, the owner, who I spoke to originally to schedule service, was also very nice, explained everything and sent me prep instructions via text right away. They were able to come out right away too! (Most places are scheduled out weeks, which in certain cases, such as mine, is not something you want to wait weeks to get taken care of!) I would definately recommend Sleep Tight Pest Control. I had the same issue about 4 years ago and used Orkin, they were extremely rude, judgemental and extremely unprofessional! They left me waiting 45 mins past my appt time and when I called to see where the guy was they tried to reschedule! They also left my house an absolute mess! This was a much better experience!

We keep our pricing competitive and below most of our competition! We offer you a 3 month warranty plus the option to upgrade to 6 month or even 1 year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk through several things such as size of home, level of infestation & what preparation needs done prior to booking an appointment. With our heat & spray combination treatment for bed bugs we are able to significantly cut down on our customers prep work and usually can rid your home of bed bugs in one day! We drive discreet vehicles! No bed bug or other bug markings!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally licensed & insured & hold our LLC through the state of Ohio as well as extensive training classes for use of our bed bug heat equipment.
