- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zoom Drain offers flat rate pricing. No emergency fees, after hour or holiday fees. One flat rate for the job. Our technician will arrive onsite, assess the issue and present you with price options. You can then ok the price and we will do the job right then and there. If you do not approve the cost, we leave at no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call you for your information if not already provided. If you prefer, we can communicate via thumbtack or text as well. We accept credit card, cash or check and offer payment options for those that qualify.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees go through a rigorous training program before they become our service technicians. Once awarded the position of a service technician, they also have continuous training in our facility.
