Private Personal Training: $499 per month Description: Weight training, cardio, high intensity circuits--tailored 100% toward your weight loss and muscle building goals. Free access to ALL Classes. Small Group Training: $199 per person (per month) Description: Weight training, cardio, high intensity circuits geared toward weight loss and building muscle. (2-5 people) Classes: $20 per class M/W/F 6a-7a Early Riser's Class M/W/F 10:30a-11:30a Pre-Lunch Push Class M/W/F 4p-5p 4PM Power Hour Class Sunday 11a-12p Weekend Reset Class
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time to meet at the gym, where we will talk about your goals, past workout experiences, eating habits and nutrition---and how you want to change and shape your body. If you like what you hear and want to move forward, we will go over the training packages listed above and what they include.
