Package Recommendation: Based on our discussion, I will recommend a package to begin phase two of assessing and building the plan to match your needs. Assessment: Conduct a fitness assessment to establish a baseline and tailor the training program. Personalized Plan & Training: Create and implement a personalized training plan, including workout routines and nutritional guidance. Progress Tracking & Support: Regularly track progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
