- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clients with a FREE in-home estimate. Pricing does vary depending on the scope of the project. We do have a "Price Contract Guarantee". This means that the price that you contracted for is the price you will pay. No hidden or surprise costs once the project begins. Also- we do offer financing options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a design consultant will meet with a client in the home to take measurements and discuss options. We then have a design meeting in our Worthington showroom to look at color palettes and product styles. Once selections are made and the contract is in place the homeowner would meet with the design consultant and our production manager in order to perform the final measure. (Measure twice and cut once:) After this meeting, products will be ordered and the installation date will be set.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a very diverse customer base. Our clients typically have a home value that ranges in value from about $150,000 all the way up to $1,000,000. We find that clients have multiple reasons for bathroom remodels. A few of them are: ADA safety concerns, additional storage, update the look of the room, remove unused components (like large, jetted tubs), existing leaks, and even ease of cleaning.
