FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work. $70 an hour is my standard. This price may fluctuate in the skill level of the work that is requested. Message me for more details. For larger jobs please understand there will be a mark-up on materials purchased. I refrain from customers buying most materials purely because part of my commitment to you is to ensure the right materials and hardware are being utilized for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the customers needs. Finding the right contractor is very important, you are trusting us to work on your largest investment being your home. I want to ensure I am just as good of a fit for you as you are for me. After a relationship has been created you should then expect to schedule a service or and evaluation day. This day allows me to see the work that is needed to be done with my own eyes, and give you a better hands on price. After the service call we ill then look at availability and get you on the schedule at a time that works for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive worked big and small contracting companies with a background in a variety of different trades. We are Insured! I am currently pursuing Construction Project Management Degree to better the future of this company.
