James was so great to work with. Very quick reply and on site quote at the time of his visit. We had gutter guards installed. I felt so confident in the value and his professionalism, that I didn’t get any additional bids. The gutter guards were installed in less than a week from my initial inquiry. They cleaned our gutters and installed the guards to my satisfaction. Highly recommend James and his crew.

We ended up not being able to use Primo but James was extremely helpful. I had several conversations with him about our project but in the end, they were not experienced to handle a section of our roofing that is flat. I really appreciate his honesty and was disappointed that we could not move forward with Primo due to the attention and support James was able to offer.

It's never fun to spend a lot of money on home repairs. Our home had some very tired siding and trim. While we tried everything to give our house curb appeal, it just wasn't happening with the old siding. I contacted Primo and James was out to my house very soon after to give me an estimate. What an incredibly nice guy. The estimate was for everything it would take to make my 1950s cape cod look new again. I received bids from other contractors that gave me estimates for bare minimum, but I wanted the house to make people say wow. The Primo installers were out weeks sooner than promised. There were some issues with under my siding that Primo took in stride and repaired without delay. The installers were courteous and respectful. When the installers were finished, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. The house just looks fantastic. I looked it over extremely closely and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. I get excited to drive down my street and see my house now. I can't be outside without people I know and people I don't know stopping to tell me the transformation is amazing. I would absolutely recommend Primo to anybody.
