- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to physically meet with our customers to understand their plans and visualize the project hence provide the fairest price. We email our estimate within the following 2-3 days unless there’s urgency in getting the project done right away. We schedule to begin in less than a week or according to our customer’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep our customers informed of our plan and progress. We like to do our very best beginning from the prep work and throughout the process until the final touch ups and walk throughs with our customers and satisfaction is fulfilled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have lead based painting certifications. Our work has passed on many Certificates of Occupancy for new constructions. After working with many house flippers throughout many years, we have gained much knowledge on passing home inspections with the professional work required.
