FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it is extremely competitive and geared towards those families/individuals for first time buyers, middle or lower division of income, and most importantly those who have sacrificed to be a home owner! Remembering the challenges of the processes to being a home owner, I also offer payment plans or 10-20% discount for: first time buyers, minorities, veterans, and foster/day care homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To first understand how soon they need the home inspected and what is the best schedule for "THEM" to work through the process. From there find out if they are familiar with home inspection processes, concerns, and responsibilities. Finally, we will discuss/meet to see if they are comfortable in doing business with me to assure that they are comfortable with their home inspector as they would have been for their realtor, loan agency, and insurance agency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education of Associates degree in electronics/repair provides me an understanding of functionality and standards for many electrical home concerns. My education of Bachelors in Mngmt. & Masters Degree studies with Concentration in Project Management provides an understanding of the importance of understanding and defining the scope of home inspections. More importantly I have the aptitude and credentials to understand project plans which may be needed, checklists, and contract documentation. In addition to the above 20 years of education I have over 10 years experience in working in Maintenance, Field Service Repair with Lockheed Martin/US Postal Service (Government Security Background Check approved), Electro Mechanical repairs, Internal Auditor/ISO/Six Sigma Lean Practices for continuous improvement and quality standards.
