Pipe burst and water flooded our first floor. They dried everything up. We had a good bit of our drywall and baseboards that were ruined as well. They cut out the affected area and also dried the framing. They replaced the drywall, painted, and installed new baseboards. We are thinking of going ahead and remodeling our kitchen. They will be my first call when we decide to move forward

We are transparent with pricing upfront. On large scale projects such as new construction, we recommend you have a 5% to 10% contingency reserve for certain unknowns / discoveries.
