Bryan is a great plumber and takes pride in everything he does. He installed a new shower valve and a washer box for me and I would definitely be using his services again for any plumbing projects in the future.

I had issues with my basement flooding that 2 other plumbers had looked at and had no idea how to repair. There was an old clay pipe drain that backed up every time we had steady rain. Bryan is very knowledgable and was able to pinpoint the issue right away and come up with a solution. The price he estimated was right on which was appreciated too. He installed a sump pit and pump where the drain was located and I havent had an issue since. He had to dig a huge hole in the basement and did a good job cleaning up after himself. Quality work at a reasonable price. Will hire again for any future needs.

I had a section of sewer pipe that needed to be replaced because a rock was obstructing the flow of sewage. This work required an excavator to dig down 6 feet and work on the pipe. This expertise is difficult to find. Bryan was great at getting me the quote and keeping in communication with me as my job was very dependant on weather. End result was great and would use Bryan again instantly for my plumbing.

Bryan responded quickly and was able to give me an accurate estimate to reconnect the water supply from the house to a barn. Very fair pricing, he was polite and knowledgeable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $115 and covers the first hour of labor. 80% of calls are completed within the first hour . $85 per additional hour. I prefer to provide all materials for hook ups, repairs, installs, etc. I provide senior and military discounts. Larger jobs will be bid before beginning work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information about the job as I can. I try to diagnose the problem based off the symptoms the customer describes and provide a time frame of the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering specializing in Construction Management. I have ran several different types of equipment. I am OSHA certified. I am certified to do service work for the counties I work in.
