- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the cheapest or highest paid when it comes to pricing but we always have the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide an estimate, complete the work and keep the homeowner updated. We typically walk the homeowner around before, during, and after. If they cannot be there we send pictures of the entire process. Once completed test the system and make sure we answer all questions before collecting payment and leaving the job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Home improvement license, I am certified in mold remediation, three years of filed training, two years of office training, and one year of general manger training, four years of training running my own company.
