- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. If it’s an appliance repair I charge a service fee for coming and looking. The service fee is applied to the repair bill if work is agreed to. I normally charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for details about what they are needing. I will ask for pictures of the project if possible. Then try to schedule a time that works best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying hvac. I have been working and repairing appliances for many years.
