He explained to me the problem and I decided to replace the whole thing since the repair would have been expensive and the furnace was already past the average life expectancy. They were able to send a salesman out that day to go over my options. They were able to install my new furnace and AC unit the next day. The installers were very upfront when they ran into a height issue where they couldn't fit a pump to remove the water that the AC creates so they decided to use the existing drainage method, which was fine by me. I am satisfied with my decision to go with Beltz."See more
