have been in the Upholstery Business for just over 30 years !.....majority of work has been through Interior Designers, Decorators and Architects ; other through word of mouth and businesses other than stated ! I don't consider this occupation as much 'WORK' but more like a labor of love; a creative and joyous career choice ! my greatest enjoyment comes when I deliver the finished project and see the smiles on the client/s face !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is moderate and as always, I advise for potential clients to shop around to see what others charge! Just beware whether they are qualified and provide a good outcome! If you feel better going with someone least expensive, so be it; you may luck out?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer to either talk personally on phone or by text. I request photos of the items to see what needs to be done and then find out the time frame; and a Quote will be provided!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticeship and high school trade education!
