- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a consultation fee that we waive if the customer does decide to book us for the job. We also have other discounts that we discuss during our call with the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation, we prefer to go over to physically see the space that we need to organize, while taking notes on the customer's preferences and unique needs, but we are also open to Zoom calls if that is what the customer would prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Scrum Master and Agilist for 7+ years now, and in this line of work, All I did was coach, guide and help software developers organize themselves and their work such that they were able to deliver value to their clients on time and within budget. So in the business of organizing, I have learned a lot of patience because I have had the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and religions. Building trust and mutual respect have been at the forefront of my journey.
